• Copy of student's birth certificate or passport
• Official transcripts from previous school (last 2 years)
• Recommendation letters from previous teachers (2 letters)
• Health records and immunization certificates
• Recent passport-sized photographs (4 copies)
• Copy of parent/guardian ID or passport
• Proof of residence (utility bill or rental agreement)
